These are the terms and conditions ('Terms of Sale') that apply when you purchase any products ('Products') from www.englandstore.com. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before you make a purchase through the Site. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Sale whenever you place an order for Products.
The England Store webpage www.englandstore.com (thereafter referred to as the ‘Webpage’) is operated by Direct2Fans Limited trading as D2F Group, Unit 32 Wornal Park, Worminghall, Aylesbury HP18 9PH, with VAT number GB 824 5031 56. D2F Group is the retailer of the products featured on this Webpage and any contract for sale of goods via the Webpage on these Terms of Sale is with D2FGroup.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time and you should therefore check them each time you place an order via the Site. The Terms of Sale applying to your order will be those in place on the date that you place your order.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order for Products and must be purchasing the Products as a consumer as we only supply Products for personal and non-commercial use.
To place an order for Products please follow the instructions on the Site. You will be given the opportunity to check the details of your order before you confirm it.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order ('Order Confirmation'). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Site are accurate, errors may occur. Therefore all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order and you have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
If we are unable to supply you with a Product for any other reason, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. If you have already paid for that Product, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt.

Your card will be charged or debited once the order has been accepted.
UK Standard Delivery: Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 7am - 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).
UK Next Day Delivery: Order before midday Monday to Friday to receive your order the next day. Orders made after midday will be dispatched the day after (If you order before midday Friday it will be delivered on the Monday) - deliveries are made anytime between 7am - 9pm (excludes weekends, bank holidays & public holidays). Postcode restrictions may apply.
We will fulfil all orders within 30 days of the Order Confirmation.
Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an act or event beyond our reasonable control ('Event Outside Our Control'), in which case the provisions in section 7 below shall apply.
Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you give us when you place your order and the Products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the Products once you have taken delivery of the Products and we have received payment for them in full, including payment of all applicable delivery charges.
If the delivery address is outside of the UK, you are likely to incur additional costs for delivery. If this should occur, you will be contacted by our customer support team who will advise you of the additional costs. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and / or package volume of the products and the delivery destination. PLEASE NOTE: Additional delivery costs may be significant for deliveries outside the European Union. Please be aware that overseas delivery times and costs may vary and you will be entirely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or similar payable in the country to where goods are delivered.
Because you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with these Terms of Sale.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this section 6 or anything else in these Terms of Sale. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience every time you order from our website. However, there may be times when the goods you order are not exactly what you wanted or expected.
A. Notifying us You must notify Customer Services by telephone on or by email to that you wish to return goods within fifteen (15) working days of receiving them. When notifying us, please have the following details to hand: - your order reference number; - your e-mail address and contact number; - a daytime contact telephone number; and - the reason for the return. Where the relevant goods are damaged or defective you will also be asked to provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure we can process your return request as quickly as possible.
B. Returning goods to us All goods must be returned with their original labels and packaging (including where such packaging is damaged), together with the delivery note. Unless otherwise stated on the delivery note, please send the goods to us at:

Please clearly print your order reference number and return address on the outside of the parcel. Parcels being returned remain your responsibility until we have received them. We therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage when posting goods back to us.
C. Exchanges and refunds i. Unwanted goods We will refund you the cost of any unwanted goods (including the cost of delivering the goods to you) in accordance with this Returns Policy. We will not refund you the cost of sending the goods back to us. Please be aware that you will not be entitled to a refund where goods are returned to us in an unacceptable or used condition, as determined by us in our reasonable opinion. ii. Damaged or defective goods We will either replace any damaged or defective goods or refund you the cost (including the cost of delivering the goods to you).
D. Refund payments Refunds will be processed using the payment information you provided when ordering the goods. Refunds are processed by us on the Friday of each week (except in the event of a public holiday, when payments are processed the previous day). Refunds will usually appear on your account within five (5) working days of being processed, however this may be extended depending on your bank. We will not be liable for any delays caused by your bank or card issuer or if your card is declined (for example because it has since expired).

You have the right to cancel an order placed through the Site within 14 days. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire or, if the order is a gift to be delivered to a third party, the third party specified by you in the order acquires, physical possession of the Products ('Cancellation Deadline').

You are responsible for the costs of returning the Products. We recommend that you return the Products using Royal Mail's Signed For service and obtain proof of delivery.
We will reimburse the monies due to you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back or you have supplied us with evidence that you have returned the Products to us, whichever is the earliest.
If we fail to comply with these Terms of Sale we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms of Sale or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into a contract pursuant to these Terms of Sale.
We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Products for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or statutory implied terms as to title, quiet enjoyment and the description, satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose of Products.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms of Sale or any order with you that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations to you we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, and our obligations to you will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
You may cancel an order affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
These Terms of Sale are governed by English law. This means a contract for the purchase of Products through the Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
No other person shall have any rights to enforce any terms of a contract made between you and us.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract with you to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms of Sale
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms of Sale to another person if we agree in writing
If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, illegal or for any reason unenforceable then that part will be deemed deleted and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining parts.
