- The prize is a England 2012/13 Home Shirt Signed by the England team.
- The competition ends on 15th November 2012. Only registrants that registered with englandstore.thefa.com before the 15th November 2012 will be entered into the competition. Registering after this Closing Date will mean you are not entered into the competition.
- The FA, the England Store and/or Kitbag reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control or to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- The FA and the England Store and/or Kitbag do not accept responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid.
- By participating in this competition you agree to allow the FA, the England Store and/or Kitbag to use your name(s) and/or personal details for promotional use and publicity, without any compensation unless prohibited by law.
- Participants may not participate with multiple email addresses or use any other resource to participate multiple times. The entries of any participant attempting to participate more than once will be disqualified.
- There is no minimum age of entry, but children under the age of 16 must ask permission from the bill payer.
- Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom. All entrants below the age of 16 must get permission from a parent or guardian before entering the competition.

- Employees of The FA and Kitbag, Official England Licensees, anyone professionally associated with this promotion and, in all of those cases, members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the competition.
- The winner will be drawn at random and notified by email within seven days of the closing date. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within three days of first attempting contact, The FA and Kitbag reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner.
- All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes (in whole or in part). In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside The FA's and Kitbag's control, The FA and Kitbag reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The FA and Kitbag accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any prize which are not specifically included in that prize. Winners are strictly prohibited from selling their prizes to any other person.
- We will use the information that entrants provide to process the competition and if an entrant is a winner we may publish their name and town of residence on The FA website and we may require them to participate in publicity. The winner of any prize may be required for promotional activity by The FA or Kitbag. We may send entrants information from time to time about The FA and Englandstore.thefa.com other related football matters and shall process your information in accordance with The FA's and the England Store's Privacy Policy, which you are deemed to accept when entering the competition.
- No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this competition except with the prize winner.
- The FA or the Kitbag accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition, not being able to enter into the competition or accepting any prize. The FA and Kitbag further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in the competition. Nothing shall exclude the liability of The FA or Kitbag for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of that party's negligence.
